about

At the behest of The Holst Birthplace Museum, in order to celebrate the centenary of Holst beginning to write his most famous work.

Inspired by The Planets - a journey through the solar system from the point of view of a satellite. As it's journey progresses, the satellite uses it's onboard synthesisers to interpret data, imagery and cosmic waves as musical form, transmitting home to an enraptured Earth.

Humanity was wrong when it said there was no sound in space, turns out we just weren't listening in the right way.

£1 from every album purchase will be donated to The Holst Birthplace Museum, Cheltenham.

The only instrument used was a modular synthesiser.

Many thanks to Sara Salvage and The Holst Birthplace Museum in Cheltenham
